Our Return Policy
HOW IT WORKS
While we hope that you will not ever have to return the products you have purchased from us, we understand that sometimes things happen. As a general rule, we do not allow for returns due to change of mind, so please be sure of your purchase before pushing that purchase button. However, in the event that the product is damaged or not as described we will offer a full refund minus shipping and handling.
Shipping Policy
Once you have completed you order and supplied us with the delivery address, your order should under normal circumstances be processed within 48 Hours. Once we have your details, we will begin shipping your fantastic apparel. Postage for some items, especially higher end goods, can take longer to arrive as they are bespoke to your measurements. Typically, the delivery time range will be between 7-20 Business days for non-bespoke items, and up to 60 business days for bespoke goods. Each item will have the estimated delivery time from the manufacturer placed in the description where applicable.

In the event that there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the issue. Before your items are sent to you, they first are assessed by us for quality matching. While we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice, if there is a fault with the product we will gladly exchange or refund you for the product.
